ViewZen Labs Private Limited ("ViewZen Labs", "We", "Us", or "Our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines what data is collected and how it is processed for the ZenTalent platform, which is built on Appverse — our low-code enterprise automation engine.

By using ZenTalent or the Appverse platform, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Account Security and Responsibilities

All customers must have an account to use ZenTalent. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and assume liability for applications deployed on Appverse. Customers are entirely responsible for ensuring that the collection and processing of any end-user data through custom forms and workflows comply with applicable data protection laws.

2. End-User Data & Consent

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or reliability of applications deployed by our customers, or the end-user data collected by them. End users' disclosure of personal information on customer applications deployed on Appverse is governed by agreements between the customer (employer/application developer) and the end users. We provide built-in consent facilities on Appverse to assist customers in gathering appropriate end-user permissions.

3. Information We Collect

We collect information directly from you when you register on our administration console, configure platform users, submit support queries, or correspond with us via call or email. This personal information may include your name, email address, phone number, and company name.

We also collect usage metadata indirectly, including:

  • Access channel and device type (make, model, laptop, mobile, tablet).
  • Session activity duration and log timestamps.
  • IP address, location metadata, and browser cookies.

4. How We Use Collected Data

The information we collect is utilized to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the ZenTalent platform and Appverse engine.
  • Perform internal diagnostics to analyze application performance, security, and usability.
  • Develop new features, system updates, and automate workflow compliance protocols.
  • Prevent fraud, secure server environments, and detect unauthorized API connections.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is securely stored on servers located in India using industry-standard security protocols. We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or leakage. We retain your personal information only for the duration required to satisfy regulatory compliances and safeguard platform operations.

6. Data Access, Deletion, and Consent Withdrawal

Existing ZenTalent users can access and update their profiles via the web console. If you are an end-user whose data was gathered by one of our enterprise customers, you must contact that company directly to request access to or modification of your data.
