General Terms of Use

These General Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Product(s), Software(s), and Service(s) ("Software Services") provided by ViewZen Labs Private Limited ("ViewZen Labs", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By accessing or using our Software Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

1. Acceptance and Service Scope

By registering for or using any Software Services, you accept these Terms in full. Depending upon the nature of the specific product, software, or service, additional Service Specific Terms may apply. In the event of a conflict between these General Terms and any Service Specific Terms, the Service Specific Terms shall prevail.

2. Account Registration and Security

To access the Software Services, customers must create an administrative account. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete registration information. You are entirely responsible for the security of your passwords and for any and all activities that occur under your account.

3. Responsible Use of Services

You agree to use our Software Services only for lawful business operations and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws. You shall not:

• Engage in prohibited, fraudulent, or illegal activities using our platforms.
• Attempt to disrupt, breach, or compromise the security or integrity of our systems, networks, or databases.
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any other destructive software agents.
• Reverse-engineer, disassemble, or copy core components of our low-code Appverse engine or any integrated analytics modules.

4. Data Ownership and Processing

The customer retains all right, title, and interest in and to all data, text, files, and other inputs submitted to our services. ViewZen Labs processes customer data solely in accordance with our Privacy Policy to provide and improve the Software Services.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in and to the Software Services (including but not limited to software code, UI designs, low-code abstractions, APIs, brand names, and logos) are the sole and exclusive property of ViewZen Labs Private Limited. No ownership rights are transferred to you under these Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ViewZen Labs makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViewZen Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
